Control Valve Repair
QT offers full service hydraulic control valve repair.
Spools:
- Grind spool OD’s before chrome
- (Record size before grinding)
- Chrome Plate
- Grind OD to fit honed body with clearance of .0003” - .0004”
Bodies:
- Hone bore to 100% clean up – straight and round within .0001”
- Record ID size and tag
- Flush body to remove and contaminants
- Surface grind faces
OR
Grind chrome from spools and Rechrome to a larger diameter
Precision grind and polish spools to give spools a new surface
Valve Bodies
Hone valve bodies to accept new spool size to diametrical clearance starting at .000050”
